Job Description
- Calling & Receiving calls from customers
- Coordinate with Experts on case solution
- Take ownership of entire case lifecycle
- Communicate with the customers on the case status and other aspects.
- Update backend with case and lead information
- Achieve target no of registrations every month.
- Arrange relevant information, documentations from the customer
- Get the case registered
- Follow up and coordinate with team members to know the case status
